Meet Our Founder

Erika Carruth has over 20 years of experience in operations management and development of SMEs including technology and cause-driven startups throughout the U.S. Starting both her academic and business career in New York City, she attended Columbia University and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Behavior. She has led and been a part of major national fundraisers including hunger relief efforts coordinated with the NFL and Super Bowl and worked with technology startups partnered with AT&T and serving the UN World Food Programme.

As a consultant, Erika has developed funding and educational programs for a number of reputable nonprofit organizations including: YMCA, USA; Boston-New York AIDS Ride; FRSA Educational & Research Foundation; Make-A-Wish Foundation; Souper Bowl of Caring and more. Additionally, she is responsible for building corporate partnerships with major corporations and entities including Clear Channel, CBS-4, Miami Dolphins, Publix Supermarkets, various school districts + educational associations.

In addition to her professional work, Erika is the author of The Giving Blueprint, a guide for growing, funding, and amplifying social good.
